What's really in your plant mylk?

Most brands are engineered around price and shelf life. We built ours around your stomach.

๐Ÿญ The Industrial Standard

  • โœ• Engineered for cheap shelf-life, not your stomach
  • โœ• Hidden thickeners: gums, phosphates, synthetic flavors
  • โœ• Refined seed oils (canola, sunflower) causing inflammation
  • โœ• High calories and hidden sugars

๐Ÿฅœ The Worry Nut Way

  • โœ“ Short, plain-English ingredient list printed on the front
  • โœ“ Sunflower lecithin: only natural plant emulsifier
  • โœ“ Pasteurized, not UHT: nutrients stay alive
  • โœ“ Lab verified: 80 kcal, 2g sugar per serving

* Sunflower lecithin is not sunflower oil. It's a natural emulsifier extracted from sunflower seeds, used in tiny amounts to keep the mylk smooth. The refined sunflower oil in industrial plant milks is a completely different ingredient.

* Worry Nut is made from cashews, which are tree nuts. If you have a nut allergy, this isn't for you.

We don't sugarcoat our sugar. That goes for the other 5 ingredients, too.

Most brands hide behind artificial syrups, refined sugars, or hidden lab thickeners. We don't. Every all-natural, locally sourced ingredient is chosen to be gentle on your stomach and completely transparent on your bottle. With zero fine prints.

Filtered Water. Purified to the highest standard to serve as the perfect, clean base for every batch.
100% Indonesian Cashews. Sourced directly from local cashew farmers across the Indonesian archipelago.
Central Java Coconut Sugar. Chosen for its low glycemic index and rich caramel depth that rounds out the flavor naturally.
Balinese Kusamba Sea Salt. Hand-harvested by local salt artisans in Kusamba, Bali. Known for its softer, smoother mineral finish.
Cold-Pressed Sunflower Lecithin. Unlike refined sunflower oil, this is a clean, whole-food plant emulsifier, so safe it's widely trusted for nursing mothers.
Real Bali Vanilla Extract. Pure vanilla extract sourced from local Balinese farmers, measured down to the exact drop to gently smooth out the taste profile.
Worry Nut ingredients: fresh cashews, coconut, Kusamba sea salt, and vanilla

Frequently asked questions

Is Worry Nut Cashew Mylk safe for people with lactose intolerance or sensitive stomachs?
Yes, 100%. Worry Nut is completely dairy-free, lactose-free, and plant-based. Because we exclude artificial gums, thickeners, phosphates, and refined seed oils, which are common triggers for digestive discomfort, it is specially crafted to be gentle on sensitive guts and suitable for autoimmune dietary needs.
Is Worry Nut safe for people with nut allergies?
Worry Nut is made from cashews, which are tree nuts, so if you have a tree nut allergy, this product is not for you. We chose cashews partly because most common allergies come from ground nuts (like peanuts), and as a tree nut, cashews carry far fewer traces of glyphosate or fertilizer residue. When in doubt, ask your doctor first.
Why do you use coconut sugar, and will it cause a blood sugar spike?
We use a small amount of unrefined Indonesian coconut sugar intentionally. It not only provides a low glycemic index (GI) compared to refined sugar, but it also adds a warm, natural caramel flavor profile that pairs beautifully with fresh cashews. Each 200ml serving contains just 2g of total sugar and 80 kcal, as verified by independent laboratory testing.
What makes pasteurized fresh cashew milk different from UHT shelf-stable milk?
Most store-bought plant milks are treated with Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing to stay on shelves for months, which strips away natural taste and micronutrients. Worry Nut is gently pasteurized, killing harmful bacteria while keeping the nutrients alive and preserving the fresh, creamy flavor of whole ingredients.
Why do you use HDPE plastic bottles instead of glass or cartons?
We use food-grade HDPE bottles with built-in handles because HDPE protects preservative-free, fresh mylk from light degradation better than clear glass. It is also lightweight, recyclable, and the gold standard for fresh dairy-free milks in wellness-focused markets like Europe and Australia.
How long does Worry Nut Fresh Cashew Mylk stay fresh?
Because we use zero artificial preservatives, Worry Nut has a buffered shelf life of 21 days when kept properly refrigerated between 1ยฐC and 4ยฐC. For the best taste and nutritional quality, we recommend consuming it within 4 days after opening. Always shake well before pouring!
Can I use Worry Nut in coffee or for making latte art?
Worry Nut is fantastic for ready-to-drink enjoyment, poured over morning cereal or granola, blended into smoothie bowls, or used in plant-based cooking. While it works great in home brews and robusta-based drinks, it is not optimized as a specialty barista milk for high-acidity arabica latte art yet.
